Project Manager
Place of work: construction sites in the country

Requirements:

• relevant engineering university education: civil engineering,
  sanitary engineering, heat power engineering, mechanical engineering
• good command of English
• knowledge of another language will be an additional advantage
• cost estimating skills, independence, flexibility, driving licence cat. B,
• excellent work planning, organisation and control skills, supervision,
  management, coordination and control of
  subcontractors activities according to provisions of the contract,
  design documentation, schedule of work and H&S regulations
• checking and settling accounts for projects,
• no contraindications for work at height,
• knowledge of industrial plant industry will be an additional advantage,
• building licence or licence to manage building work in the area of installation
  of heating, ventilation, water lines and sewage system systems,
  plants and equipment without limitations are welcome.
